I usually make 2 cups of rice every two to three days in my rice cooker. The trick a friend told me to reheating rice is to go on the longer side vs. the shorter side. And definitely put some water or broth in- just a little.
For example: a regular bowl of rice, I microwave 1 minute 45 seconds to 2 minutes. Then it's not crunchy!
