Chocolate a no-no most of the time and yes I sometimes have trouble swallowing. Some foods bother me if they are to dry like chicken breast and some breads. If I eat them in small bite qty, it's quite tolerable. Reflux I use no meds but drink lots of chamomile before and after a meal, it's great and I don't get the reflux as often anymore. Don't overeat to, it can not only tigger the IBS, but reflux also. Eat small meals every 3-4hrs.
