Ruchie, thanks for the advice. I have been tested for everything under the sun and they cannot find anything wrong. I mean I have allergies, asthma, heart problems, uterine problems and IBS, but none of these seem to be causing the sickies. I am sick almost always and I'm tired of it all! I do know that my allergies, bad periods and heart problems can cause lowered immune system issues. I have been to an ENT and have chronic sinusitus. I have had three surgeries and have tried everything. I think maybe I am lacking some stuff in my diet, but I am not sure what. I will try the garlic too. Have you ever tried the garlic pills? Do they work the same as raw garlic? Well, thanks for listening to my sad story. I am so frustrated and tired of feeling like crap all of the time. I don;t think being around children all of the time helps.
