If you read the more recent posts between Marilyn and myself on the IBS hypnosis board, it is recommended by Mike Mahoney, that you steer clear of writing, talking, reading, or thinking about IBS for the course of the treatment and thereafter. You don't want to focus on what you are trying to heal, and have it take up your life and mind 24/7. That makes perfect sense to me. So, when I receive the cds, I will follow the directions Marilyn has given me. I will post occasionally to let others know my progress, but I won't be here often. As Marilyn states, after people do the cds, they don't need the boards as much, so they get on with their life. I hope that makes sense. Even Heather states this in one of her books. She does not dwell on these boards, but only comes occasionally to monitor and run her business. So, go to the hypno board and read the most recent posts. I'll miss you too, Kappy.
