Hi Dragonfly,

Actually, there is a family owned meat market close to us and has been around forever with a really good reputation. I'll have to check it out. I'm sure it's really pricey but since we hardly ever have it, once in a while will be like a treat. I know what you mean about the quality difference.

Anyway, thanks for asking.....It took me a loooong week to get past that flu (which messed big time with the ole IBS), but I'm finally starting to do better.
