That's my major cause of anxiety (which only makes the IBS worse).

I went back to work Thursday night after a long absence due to IBS. Everything went fine. I was so "up" about it when I got home. Last night, as I was driving to work, I had a sudden "attack" and had to turn around and come back home. I'm only thankful that nobody saw me.

The emabarrassment is terribly difficult for me to deal with. I'm at the stage where I'm considering wearing Depends.
