I get it pretty bad as I'm leaving for work. I know I'm stressed for the commute to work. Once I get to work I usually feel a little better. But I also get it randomly throughout the day. Maybe it's my fear of not being able to leave the classroom, which i stress about before classes, but forget about during class (subconciously popping up). I have a prescription of librax that I haven't tried yet...I'm also very anxious about any side affects and if it will give me an attack. (also have a prescription of antibiotics to kill the bad bacteria that I haven't tried yet).
