Congratulations on you upcoming wedding. I was married in May as well and it was a beautiful day.

Your comment "I think for about 3 weeks before I'm only going to eat oatmeal, potatoes, SF and bananas. I think I will be in the clear if I do that!" If you are a Cer, be careful, I don't see any IF listed. C people need a lot more IF to keep things moving. I know if I ate only those things you listed, I'd be totally plugged up. What I'd suggest is start working on your diet now, seeing what works and what doesn't. Do lots of exercising as it will help with the stress and anxiety. Just try to relax more. You might even think about using the hypno tapes....they realy help with the anxiety issues and I believe they are on sale.

Just know there are lots of people on this board with IBS who have planned weddings and had the same concerns as you. Guess what, the day went fine with no issues and they had a wonderful time. Relax and think positive!!
