"Garbage"..that's exactly how I felt on Zoloft and Lexapro so that kind of turned me off to all ADs. I was also sick of trying stuff and feeling even worse. I totally relate to the insomnia and I know it's all anxiety driven. I can be doing fine for weeks on end and then I have a bad bout. To get me through those times I usually take an anti-anxiety med (klonopin) to relax me at night. This really helps me to get through a bad bout. I have a really bad habit though; to fall asleep I have to be sitting in my big comfy chair, under a cozy quilt, watching TV. There's a big "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on my forehead!!!
