Do you think the low dose of fluoxentine is helping at all? In the past I have tried a low dose of Lexapro and Zoloft and was worse off with each. I know lots of people have success with ADs. I just can't seem to find anything or do anything that keeps me stable very long. I don't have the constant nausea but I do know the on-edge feeling. I believe that feeling comes from the anxiety caused by the IBS. I must say, when I'm lucky enough to get several good days in a row that feeling starts to subside. Quoting you from another post "I would literally pay any amount of money if someone could just diagnose me!" You don't know how many times I have said this same exact thing to my husband.
