First thing you need to do is calm down. Stressing out about it only makes it worse. Try lying face down on your belly. It may hurt a bit, but it should help. Also, move around a good bit, being stationary seems to make mine worse. Try doing some light housework, light stretching yoga and light exercise. Moving gets your internals moving. Try to have good posture, also, this helps to give the organs plenty of room in the abdominal cavity to work properly. Hope some of this helps. I'm sorry you're still feeling badly.
