Went into work today but am feeling worse than yesterday- really bloated and constipated. I know that in part it's due to too much peanut butter and corn cakes, and also too much ice cream/dairy. My body definitely craves what hurts it- last night I couldn't stop with the ice cream even though i know it doesn't agree with me. Laxatives tonight i think!
