Alcohol can be used responsibly if done so in the right amount and when the stomach is under the right conditions. Yes...you are taking a chance...but if you don't abuse it and do it often...and if you do it after taking care of yourself and make the right drink selection...you can balance out all needs. I usually stick to Vodka and Cranbury Juice or Gin and Ginger Ale, myself. I hear white wine is good. I wanted to know 1) Do you have any other suggestions? 2) Anything that would be a mixed drink and stronger than those?
