Hi maryh.I am still smiling about how much better I have been feeling this holiday.It is amazing.I think the feeling so much better is helping me be more careful about triggers.Not as likely to give in to temptation,you know.I usually cook only something I can eat and so far that is working well.It's just me and my husb. since our kids are grown.He is a good sport about what I fix and almost always likes it.It's just been this holiday and those "traditions" of the past.He makes a great tomato bouillion and potato soup and chili.The last few years he has strated making cookies for the holidays(something he was never home to do when the kids were here).It just felt like for a few days all he did was work on or plan these foods.I got fed up w/just hearing about it.Guess I was too stressed. I do use a fiber supplement,Citrucel daily and often drink the fennel tea.Guess I should do it daily too.Do you have a cheap source for that?I buy mine at a health food store. suzy
