The frosting is already prepared, we just let it warm up a bit and then it was spreadable. There was only 120 calories per 2 tablespoons with 50 being fat calories. And believe me, the Gluten Free Pantry cake was amazing, it was almost like Angel Food but a little denser. I really hope you try these, it would really make your day. Take care!
