5-htp       11/25/08 07:39 AM Edit Reply Quote muffpri Reged: 11/25/08 Posts: 1 Has anyone with IBS had any experience with 5-HTP? Besides IBS, I have insomnia and mild depression. I'm leary of herbal remedies, because my gut won't tolerate many of them, but I googled IBS and 5-HTP and found some info saying it is good for IBS. I've been pretty attack free lately, but 4 days after starting 5-HTP I had a mild attack. If anyone has any info, please help. muffpri Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
