Lately I've been drinking Rum and coke( I know both are triggers)When i'm stable either once in a while are fine FOR ME. Anyway, i only have about a capful of rum in a glass full of ice filled with coke.One a day every week MAYBE.Depends on what I have eaten that day or week.I tried two capfuls and couldn't finish due to the cramping. You should probably drink virgin drinks instead but one drink may not bother you.Just remember you are taking a chance and if you can deal with the consequences then thats up to you.
