I looked up symptoms of it but it doesn't state gas as a symptom but it does say people who have it think they have ibs. How did you find out you have this and not ibs instead? How bad was your gas? Mine is so severe that it's constant and no matter what I eat. My doc says I have ibs but something keeps telling me I don't. Yes I have constipation but I always had that problem.
