Corn Bread equals trouble??       11/12/08 12:46 PM Edit Reply Quote Barbara50 Reged: 09/26/07 Posts: 299 Loc: Texas I have been following the EFI diet with great success. Last weekend I made some cornbread using a coarse ground corn meal that I got at Whole Foods. I used eggbeaters and almond milk but did I ever get a terrible reaction. Had severe attack that night and the next morning. Not being a believer I ate it again the next night with the same result. I have been eating cornbread with no problem but making it with very fine ground meal.
