Oh my, I feel so sorry for you. An ulcer is no fun. You said it was from meds and stress. Were you tested for H.Pylori as well? The only good thing about an ulcer is that it can be healed....but it takes time.
As far as I know the diet for ulcers is pretty bland....rice and bananas (sound familiar?) and not much unlike the IBS one. As to the anemia what did your doc suggest?
Please be very gentle with yourself. Be as nice and considerate to yourself as you are everyone else here. Not only does the "power that be" know your are special but we all here do as well.......
