It is the hardest thing for me to drop. I am going to give that a try, hopefully I can find it here in canada. The tea just dosent cut it for me, I found that sometimes the coffee won't bother me at all if I dare to have a cup. and other times I instantly have cramps from it. I am IBS-D.
