I have been on Librax for several years. It has really helped me and I had no side effects from it. I have a lot of anxiety and it helps that and also helps my tummy. I started out with 1 pill three times a day before meals in the beginning. I am down to 1 pill a day now in the morning before breakfast. When I have a little more anxiety I will take 2 pills, one before breakfast and one before dinner.
