Hi Suzy! You had a great Christmas. Yippee! Amazing how much we appreciate feeling well; it just makes or breaks our day. And to feel well, we have to follow the diet. I started off on the wrong foot. We went out to celebrate Christmas eve, and I had a Jack. It didn't bother me, so when we got home I had another. BIG mistake. Woke up in the middle of the night, doubled over, and spent the rest of the night on the pot. Took my Donnatal and Equalactin, some peppermint tea, and went back to bed to "sleep it off." Christmas day my tummy was pretty tender, but at least I was able to function. For Christmas dinner I made Steather's incredible "Sweet & Sour Cabbage Soup" and that's all we ate. My hubby, bless his adorable heart, told me it was the best Christmas dinner he ever had. Well, at least I had a happy tummy -- and a hubby who likes to eat light! It was a wonderful Christmas because of it. Who needs turkey and dressing and gravy and mince meat pie and all that crap, eh? Just goes to prove that that stuff just ain't worth it -- including my friend Jack!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Bev
