Just want to thank Heather and all here for the tons of helpful ideas and the safe diet.I had a very good tummy holiday in terms of not having the gas and pain and bloating that have tortured me so.In the last month I have had very few days of this bad feeling,just wondeful good feeling tummy days.I am so thankful to have found out about the diet and the recipes and Heather's books. They sure lifted me up when my gastro dr. just said here take these pills,goodbye. I notice I still struggle w/the affects of "tight tummy" and C. when I am too busy or nervous.Hopefully I can work on that issue next. Thanks evryone.I LOVE this site! Suzy
