to go to the bathroom.

After a bout of D I didn't go for three days...I was following the diet, taking the tummy fiber but I decided to step things up. I started drinking more...a LOT more. I already walked every day...I started jogging a little. I did this for two days. Then I thought if there is some kind of mind/gut connection that messes up my digestion then it should be able to fix it as well so I sat and concentrated on my insides and kept thinking things like "MOVE!";) And I prayed.

I went this morning and while it wasn't 'normal' it was painless. I have this odd feeling that it would have been hard and painful and crampy and not have happened until day after tomorrow...in short a whole lot worse if I hadn't done all that.

I'm not sure what 'worked' or if it was a combination of things.

Now I'm tired and I want to stay in bed!

I know...keep it up. I'll do my best.
