For those who are MSG sensitive, which I imagine is many, have you ever eaten or drinken something that seemed 100% safe and wondered why after you had an attack. I have done this many times, and I some of you may already know this, but for those who don't this could be helpful. So many companies hide MSG under other names, even organic foods and natural foods can have MSG, because MSG is technically considered natural. Key words to look for that always contain MSG are, Glutamate Glutamic acid, Gelatin,, Calcium caseinate, Textured protein, Monopotassium glutamate, Sodium caseinate, Yeast nutrient, Yeast extract, Yeast food Autolyzed yeast, Hydrolyzed protein,(any protein that is hydrolyzed), Hydrolyzed corn gluten, Natrium glutamate (natrium is Latin/German for sodium). And that's not all! There are many others that also contain MSG. Don't be fooled by claims of no msg or organic foods. Hope this helps those who didn't know. You can find more hidden names on http://www.truthinlabeling.org/hiddensources.html.
