I have been regular every day...a blessing from God. I have been a little backed up since I started taking vactiv. They say you can take it at ANY age...but it got me so constipated, I had bad bowel movements for about a week. And it made me sore "down there". Today, I had my first good movement since I took the vitamin, but it HURT! And it looked there was a little bright red in it. I don't understand how this just happened and I have never had problems before. Was it viactiv? My bum is STILL sore! OUCH! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
