Help ! Hard BM's       09/25/08 07:05 AM Edit Reply Quote CDC Reged: 09/25/08 Posts: 16 I think I need more water in my colon. Hard BM's. I drink SO MUCH water! Is there something I can take for that? I am new and have been increasing soluble fiber intake (Citrucil) for a month. Is there another fiber that's better for that? Can't take psyllium or inulin. I have Acacia fiber - doesn't seem to work as well as Citrucil. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
