Eating for IBS...in Newfoundland       09/24/08 01:54 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered Hi friends, I'm going to Newfoundland in a few weeks. Traveling to St. Johns and then around the rest of the Avalon Peninsula. Does anybody have any tips for eating safely there? I don't eat wheat, so even bread is not going to be a real option for me. I'm planning on packing lots of GF soluble fiber bases, like Rice Chex and rice crackers, but beyond that I'm not sure what to pack, or really, what to expect. Obviously, the deep fried cod is out.
