Upper GI....what would you do?       09/21/08 06:44 AM Edit Reply Quote TarasMom Reged: 08/01/08 Posts: 13 Loc: North Carolina My daughter's doctor wants to do an upper GI. I've read the message boards about the contrast she will have to drink. I'm worried about her reaction to it! She's only 8, and only been stable about two months. She's predominantly "D" anyway, with much pain and cramping. I hate to put her through this when she doesn't have any upper GI symptoms anyway. She doesn't have reflux, she's never vomitted with an attack, she doesn't even get heartburn! So, what could it prove aside from these upper GI problems I just listed? What do you all think?
