I also was taking the same fiber for years with no results, so I decided to buy Heathers Tummy Fiber and have taken it for almost a week and I do love it. It came really fast in the mail and I do recommend it. I also have been following the diet and enjoying cooking and caring for myself(for once)!!!! Dont be discouraged, we are all in the same boat.
