Discouraged       09/14/08 12:23 PM Edit Reply Quote steely Reged: 08/31/08 Posts: 14 Loc: NC Mountains I don't know if anyone can relate to this but lately I have been so discouraged about the IBS situation.I've been doing the diet for a couple weeks now.I just don't seem to go to the bathroom at all anymore.I don't know how to incorporate IS.I take my fiber supplement just like I have for the past 15 years. I'm sad,depressed and overwhelmed.I don't know what I'm asking,maybe nothing at all.Just at the end of my rope and there's no end in sight.Thanks for the ear Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
