I had a very good birthday cake and didn't feel like I miss out on anything. My dh fix me a choclate cake. This is what we did 1 box of duncan hines choclate cake (I think devils food) it has no daiy and low on fat mix it with 1 can of pumpkin and spread it in the pan and bake it that was it do not add water or any thing else its very try but trust me it will work and its so moist and you can't even taste the pumpkin. Then for the frosting we did 1 1/2 cup of powder sugar and 3 teaspoons of vanila and 2 tbs of safe milk of choice and mix then he drizzled over the cake. You could use it for frosting but that much sugar is to much for me. It was awesome! I will make it again very soon!So I had my cake and got to eat it to and it was healthey and so very good!
