I had went through something simuliar when I went through my illness that lead to my IBS. Everything looked almost like I just ate it and I was so scared I wasn't getting my nutrition. It was one time in my life I actually craved a vitamin. But my centrums would be just too hard on my stomach. I'm not a doc. but what I found helped was eating foods that would move slowly through my system, like the Brat diet (banana, rice, applesauce, toast) w/o the if you think you may have celiac. I also took well to rice soups (w/o oil) that sell at trader joes or local super markets). One of the best things I found helped and I take everyday now is miracle 2000 liquid vitamins. i take that in a half juice, like apple or white grape, and half water mix (I put it in a bottle to shake it up as carry it through the day). I started to feel better after I sipped on that and you can sip it through the day so it's real easy on the body. I probably know but watch your electrolytes and you may want to add a little salt to your food and drink some light colored gatorade (because strong colors will cause problems when looking at your stool especially red).
Hope this helps, and I hope and pray you find healing. God bless.
