Been there, done that. My latest bout started with antibiotics, too and lasted several months. I was basically on bread, rice and water for all that time, became anemic and lost 10 lbs. (which doesn't sound like a lot, but I wasn't overweight so it alarmed my doctor). The fatigue was overwhelming, I stopped working out and just layed around and slept when I wasn't working (and I missed a lot of that, too).

As I've recently posted in the Living Room, I have finally stabilized. Have you tried any probiotics? After trying a few brands, I found Align worked for me, though it took a couple of months.

Chin up, it will get better eventually. Antibiotics are evil and I have to be dying to ever take them again. A friend of mine had the same problem with them and she doesn't even have IBS - it still took her months to get over it.
