Bless your heart! You have really been through it! You mentioned the severe diarrhea started after being on antibiotics and I recently read an article of a disase/illness associated with this. The woman's symptoms were the same as yours... sick, on antibiotics, "D" w/ the antibiotics that continued long after she stopped the antibiotics. Have you talked with your dr. regarding the possibility of this?
You have my empathy! In the past, I've had periods of days and weeks of it, including all night. It will wear you down quickly. Then, when we stress/wory it only makes it worse.

Also, you do know that too much magnesium causes "D", don't you? I know not eating you need a nutritional supplement, but watch out on the quantity of the magnesium - maybe just a children's vitamin for now? Can you eat applesauce and either bagels or sourdough bread?
I pray for a quick answer/solution for you...
