I have stayed away from fluoride the best I can for close to a month now ( tap water and Salt ) and have noticed a major difference in my overall wellness. I would appreciate any info from you folks here at Heathers about long term fluoride exposure and it's relation to IBS. I live in a town with fluoridated city water along the Columbia river in Washington state, downstream from Alcoa Aluminum in Vancouver. I watched this and took notes.
