You have to know what is in them. Do they contain milk? Do they contain high fructose corn syrup (HFCS)? If so, skip them. As for what to put on them--I use strawberry simply fruit or strawberry organic jam. Berries and stone fruits are best for us. BTW - I eat cream of rice everyday for breakfast.
