You're so welcome Ruchie............and YOU, well you are just one of the most adorable, delightful posters I've ever seen.......You are a delight to read.........each and every one of your posts. You are so positive, so caring, so loving. Just a joy and a real asset to this board.
My immune system........? Good? Heavens no........probably about the worst........was on Benedryl for over 20 years for food allergies..then now hypothyroid, etc...I DO however supplement to the hilt....(I should own stock in Twin Labs, just to name one)and I exercise my A-*(&^% off every morning at aerobics. I'm anything but a jock, never was, but when you get to be 1/2 century and 1/2 decade old you think you better start taking better care of yourself if you want to be around a while....
Anyway, hope you start feeling better............it's no fun to be down when Santa is due in such a short period of time...
