hey fen I know I am no expert but I am on acacia and have not experienced any bloating from it so i thought I could let you know what I did. I started taking the equivalent amount that I was taking in fibercon for a few days then I added a 1/2t to 1t depends how I was feeling every four days. You have to be gradual. If you search constipation on the main site it will give you alot of information on being gradual with your sfs. Hope this helps!
