of course you can take _either_ every day. as far as both, just make sure that you pay attention to your total fiber intake. if you are new to taking fiber, start with the recommended dose for either one, and split it in half. that is, lets say fibercon is 4 tablets a day and acacia is 3 teaspons a day. so in that case, take 2 tablets fibercon and 1 1/2 teaspoons acacia (these are just _MADE_UP_ examples, please use the actual recommended dosage). the key will be to not double dose on total fiber because that could be a shock to the system.
