I keep reading a lot of horror stories regarding breast cancer and soy foods, i am sure they are exagerated, but as i am on the contraceptive patch which is also linked to increase etc, i am trying to limit my soy intake. I already have rice milk and I used to have rice cheese but they appear to have stopped selling it in the UK! So my first question is does anyone know where it can be purchased in the uk? my second is i have heard nutritional yeast flakes can be used as a cheese replacement, but not sure if safe for IBS? and thirdly if anyone knows how many portions of soya food are considered the 'moderate' amount reacommended?
