Citrucel       08/17/08 06:23 AM Edit Reply Quote heatfan Reged: 06/30/08 Posts: 10 how many times a day do you take the citrucel (powder, the one you mix with water)? also, what other pills/etc do you take to help your ibs daily, if you could list your routine.......I am new to the boards and just bought Heather's book, and I know she mentioned taking citrucel, fibercon, etc, etc.....I do take Digestive Advantage for IBS right now should I continue to take that?
