I was diagnosed with SIBO and "treated", however the antibiotics didn't help. My doc didn't give me any advice and I've been getting my info online. Unfortunately, I have come across conflicting info and it only makes me more frustrated. I do not know what I can have and need to stay away from. I know everyone is different, however the research should be similar, no? I am okay on a day that involves coffee with sugar, oatmeal with sugar or kix with rice milk, chicken and rice. It's great to feel better, however it gets very boring. I do not know what I can eat. What veggies are ok? I've looked at websites and articles and I'm about ready to scream. Does someone here suffer from SIBO and have a list for me? I know apples, pears, and grapes are out, but what veggies are OK? What fruits are okay? If I have to limit and I am doing it wrong, I might as well sit down to a cheeseburger!!!!! Are beans ok? Nuts?
