confusion about how to eat fruit       07/26/08 01:33 PM Edit Reply Quote Jordy Reged: 08/12/06 Posts: 2095 Okay, the EFI diet says to eat fruit only after eating an SF source, right? But I've also heard from multiple sources that you shouldn't eat fruit with any other foods....only alone. This is because the fruit with cause the SF to ferment and cause GI distress. Any thoughts? I don't know what to think. Does anyone ever eat fruit (even IF fruit) alone? I mean, sometimes when I wake up in the am I just want a nectorine. Period.
