Yeah Tatyana, (cute name) We welcome your wisdom. It's also good to see a positive perspective to all the work we put into getting stable. Jordy, I know when I was doing 'everything right' that really seemed screwed up by body. I was: taking my liq. multi. vit., Acacia, peppermint caps and tea, fennel tea, primrose, all 'go list' foods, probiotics, yoga, rest, no stress, heating pads... point is my belly wasn't much better but my female cycle was starting to come every week! I and my husband both agreed all I was doing made it worse! So I went to just liquid vitamin, primrose (which stabilized cycle the previous 7 mo), Align probiotic and fennel tea (only when feeling gassy). A week into the Align and the new changes I'm getting much better. I don't know, but maybe so much does more harm than good for some IBS suffers - just something to consider.
