Nope, I've never had it come out accidentally (even on my hubby's horn-dog days). Actually kinda have to hook your finger around it and tug it out (yeah kinda gross, but not as bad as it sounds). I personally have not had any symptoms from it, but I did notice some mood swings for a couple weeks when I went off it. I do know that it has a lower dose of estrogen so that may help you. I never had any spotting and I did a couple rings back-to-back to miss my period (for my honeymoon and other special occasions). Hope that helps, and good luck!
