You're very welcome................just another little hint if you have a yeast infection.............lay off the bread if you can....it's full of yeast, and you don't want to add anymore to your system than necessary........go more for the rice cakes, etc. Then there is a little hint I've heard of but never tried since I don't ever recall having a yeast infection (isn't that weird) and that is to iron with a hot iron the crotch of your panties after the've been washed and dried, before you wear them. It has something to do with killing any bacteria that may be left over......... Oh my.....I don't believe I just wrote this ....I can just hear the reaction to this one....but had to pass it on since who knows (?) it may just shorten the infection time for you... BTW, I'm a "C" too, but just sometimes I'll get a short "D" attack, usually caused by stress............go figure!
