I don't know much about Citrical, BUT...I used to drink Rice Dream, and could never tolerate it. I think it was because it was LOADED with sugar! And that always slows the absorption of nutrients...especially minerals. Have you ever tried CalMag? It's made by MegaFood. It is chemical free. Only made with whole food ingredients.
