Thanks for clarifying Syl! Although I do eat very small portions of brown rice - I am grateful for the abundance of rice products that are SF's i.e. basmati rice, white rice, sticky rice, rice cakes, rice cereals, rice crackers, rice breads etc...I'm thinking of taking out stock in Lundberg Rice cakes we eat so many!
